Very nice subject guys.
My mother, appart from giving me a lot of love gave me her genetic back dissorder and since I was a kid I had to see doctors to adjust it.
I have been arroung trying different stuff but I finnaly discovered swimming wich exercises both sizes equally and I have been dong it since then.
I think this is not a "see the doctor matter" cause the moment I went I have heard things like "watching your radiograph you should be in bed by now" and that stuff really took me down, might have been technically right but morally wrong cause it only stoped me from going forward cause I felt I had a desease.
What made me get along was exerciseing and not seeing any doctor any more.
...It is a matter of self conduct, as my back cannot hold me I have to suppot it with my abdominals. I once bought a book about back health and it said how much weight our back supports while we are sitted down, I am gonna check it.
