Personally, it's a tough call.
Yes, they were designed to be loaded from a single file:
"call \usr\lib\tscontrol.udf"
But - with over 1000 lines, separate posts makes it easier to digest and review the individual functions.
I guess we need to discuss the difference between a UDF and a UDF-Library of many related UDFs.
