I mainly have experience with NT servers but the NT resource kit has several utilities to help with this & presumably the Win2000 resource kit has simular utilities. I believe there are 3rd party utilities to do this as well.
I suspect you could do it in Kixtart as well but the last time I did it I think that Iused scopy & robocopy from the resource kit.
