Jooel - ShowInTaskBar does not work to the best of my knowledge - its actually quite tricky to make work properly. I tried to get it going a while back, but put it aside.
Chris found a really neat way to fake it though ... create a root form thats hidden, then create a child form and use the child as your main form ...
