Hey Les, well spotted ... this whole registering
business really bugs me - there must be a way to
circumvent the permissions here ... i mean, when
a domain user is surfing the web, the downloads
an ActiveX control from a website, doesn't seem
to be any issue there, unless IE does some kinda
magic ... isn't HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT mirrored under
HKCU somewhere ?
