I see that we have little differences anyway (like the link colors and the gmt text) so that should not make a difference. Not sure what you mean by the LINK is wrong. The link is on the KiXHelp home page. Do you mean you would like it named something else? I choose the GMT time as I figured it would be better to use that for a more global support of the page. Also decided to not choose color modifications so that it did mirror yours as well.

Lonkero Lonkero KiX Master Guru Registered: 2001-06-05 Posts: 22346 Loc: OK	the link in your page points to the file, not location. now the link is: http://www.kixhelp.com/udfs/index.html when it could be (easier to remember and no unneeded stuff): http://www.kixhelp.com/udfs you chose the gmt, right, but yours is (gmt) when mine says GMT (like it should be, in capitals) the colors are still different, your vlink is purple when mine is blue. your active link (alink) seems to be also purple, which on my site is red. I tried to get some consistency to the color schema, but seems that hoby didn't like that as you have different code. _________________________ ! download KiXnet

NTDOC NTDOC Administrator Registered: 2000-07-28 Posts: 11625 Loc: CA	Well, one would hope that most folks understand that INDEX.HTM and INDEX.HTML are "default" pages that most sites will open unless directed somewhere else. I'm fine with changing it. Will rename the link a little as well. The gmt is from the latest code I got from Howard. If you run the "same" code, you should get the "same" result, UNLESS maybe something to do with you looking at the website from Linux and Mozilla. Let me update it with the link correction. I can modify the Perl from Howards code to use GMT as well. In fact... I'll add some code to the script to show the mirror on your site as well if you want.

My computer does all the updates on its own without me even being here. Currently set to update the site every 2 hours. Yeah.... I'll have to look at using a Page Currently being updated message when I run the update. Not currently doing that.
