On weekdays I only have the hotline after-hours, from 4:00pm to 7:30am. If they call at 8:01, they get the regular HelpDesk.
If they call at 7:01, I have 20 minutes to respond (not fix, just show up with a pulse) and by then they get the regular HelpDesk.
It's the weekend that's a bummer. Especially this one 'cause it's a long weekend for us Canadians (Turkey Day) Monday's off for office staff but I'm on call.
