Who knows not the stories
- I have finish the job, but during the copy operation I overwrite the good one with the bad one.
- simple rewrite a complete program to prevent memory programs, when it was solved with only one compiler option.
- one patch overwrites another patch and you are thinking "why it isn't working".
- debugging can become hard, when only the moment between ending programming and starting testing is 1 or 2 hours.
