Two hours is nothing, but I guess thats due to experience.
I think the longest I've ever spent debugging a script was about 4-5 hours. Turns out a file I was reading from looked like a .txt smelled like a .txt but was full of jiberish notepad didnt show.
The first week I started messing around with kixtart I spent a good 80-100 hours fumbling around with it. That was one long headache.
