Hi,

I'm running a kix logon script which uses WMI to collect information for inventory. Now it's fine because user's are administrators of their machines, but we want to move quickly to lock down the workstations and remove users from the loacl Admin group. At this point the WMI connection won't work anymore. Is there a way to specify the credential of an adminstrator being a LOCAL connection to the WMI provider? I know that I could start another script with SU, but i'd like to find another solution if possible, because SU is very slow to load the other user's environment.

Thanks to all.
Fabrizio
