Actually, I can see where you might want to use this with flag 4 and that is in conjunction with flag 8. If you are copying a file to a location where you wouldn't want to overwrite the old file (but don't particulary care about a GUI progress) then use "12" for your flag. It will copy the file in the destination with the "Copy of filename.ext" format. [Big Grin]

You're right, Doc. Destroying the object would be considered 'good form.' I'll add that in.

Neat but I'm getting:

Script error : unknown command !
Case $CMD="Copy" $objFolder.CopyHere($Source, $Flags)

I'm using Kix 4.02 and NT4.0 (MSIE5.00)
Ideas?

Do a search for shell32.dll and look at the properties of the file. Look specifically at the File Version.

I just tried this on a Win 95B machine with IE 4. Shell32.dll version 4.00.1111 and it worked.
