I like where this heading Steve, but there is one common scenario we forgot to mention - when a domain admin writes an admin script to hand-off to say, a help desk, the help desk folk wouldn't have domain admin access (maybe) - but like Howard Bullock might remind me - probably just splitting hairs here.
