You can obfuscate it further if you like.
How about:

kixcrypt logon.kix kix32.exe %s $SecretCode="USE S: \\server\share /user:secretuser /password:mypassword"
You can then EXECUTE($SecretCode) in your script, an no-one will know what it was, heh.
