not necessarily, as it is a window app that wil be running, it doesn't need a seperate environment
It does belong there, should get a moderator to move it...

And lets not forget one thing...
This board is english (UK types would call it American), with english syntax and english terms. While this is perhaps a majority in technical/MIS circles, we have a large contingent of 'foreigners' here. Wasn't there a long discussion on how to pronounce Ruud's name. I have to read MCA's posts twice just to translate it.
We even have canucks here, and they cannot even decide what language to speak
This isn't disparaging... many Europoeans speak several languages as well as speaking english better than many english types. (anyone from Louisana ) I know just enough Spanish to get in a fight, and can ask how much is that beer in German.

perhaps the reason they can't figure out simple instructions, is that they can't/don't understand them.
not that they are stupid (like my users)

That means I Don't work 2 When I was in the army in Germany, I rarely came back from a night drinking before 2:00 am 3 I'm really in Tampa FL, which makes it 8:00pm now. and I can't drink like I used to, and the wife will not let me stay out late

Well...
This was me when I was in the army (on the right) And this is me now...
There is no going back.
On the plus side, I work for a government agency now, so I work even less now than I did then.
