Has anyone had success installing the SMS client on Win9x computers using Kixtart? I've tried having Kixtart install the SMS client using the smsls.bat file and the smsman.exe program. Both run, they just don't do a complete job. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply. I did a little more testing and found that it seems to take at least two passes through the smsls.bat file (with a reboot in-between) for it to take effect. So, I just have it run on every startup. It looks like that is what you are doing too.

What do you do with the last two variables?

The last 2 var. is to make sure that the
smsrun16.ini is read.
The sms client can install on c:\ms also d:\ms.
see under the c:\ms and d:\ms
