Hey guys,

I think the COM forum idea is a good one.

It's different enough to warrant it's own forum and it's 100% kixtart related so it's got all the justification it needs (imho).

But ... might have to question the timing of it. Do we really see enough COM related questions (today) to warrant a seperate forum ? Having said that, I feel that as Windows 2000 domain slowly (so slowly) gains momentum and as the installed user base of KiXtart 4.0 grows, these types of questions will grow substantially over time.

Plus, a COM forum will help advertise and showcase the fact that KiXtart isn't just for login scripts anymore ... it's just as powerfull and as vital as all those other scripting languages normally associated with Active Directory & WMI and ADO/SQL ... even more so in my opinion ...

[rant off] (was it on?)

What was my point again ? Oh yeah - timing ! What do you guys think about timing ?

-Shawn
