ScriptLogic 3.XX overcomes the Administrative issue with writing to the registry by installing a DC-based service (running as a Domain Admin) which remotely modifies the client's registry, when requested by a client-side command line utility.

ScriptLogic 4.XX can run any program as an administrator, much the same way other management apps (like SMS) do. By using a server-side and client-side service, and then making the request using a client-side command-line program.
