I have found the the best solution to the most common problems from that is to: force the startup/state of all required services load the desktop with required icons (since they are too stupid to use the start button) and if they somehow screw up their computer, I give them about 15 minutes of time before I say 'screw it' and re-image it _________________________ How to ask questions the smart way <-----------> Before you ask
