In an ideal world - Yes.

Our end of month, especially in relation to "end of month backups" seems to fall anytime within 4-5 days after the previous month has actually ended.
But sods law end of month one month will be the end of the month, in which case we would like to specify the day before the end of month.

EDIT:
I guess what I am trying to say, is it would be nice to have a date calculation before the Move.
At the mo ALL files are moved from the source directory regardless of age.
