Adding a domain user to local Administrators group

Hi guys :
Just wanted to know if you guys know how to add a domain user to ![[Confused]](images/icons/confused.gif) local administrators group ????
i need to do this since there are some apps which you need to be a local admin to run properly & give you full access to resources , Please let me know .
