you could aid replication if you have a large number of BDCs (backup domain controllers) by writing a small batch file that copies the files from your Primary to backups
FROM : \\pdc\admin$\system32\Repl\Export\Scripts\
TO : \\bdc1\admin$\system32\Repl\Import\Scripts\ \\bdc2\admin$\system32\Repl\Import\Scripts\
Although, it also depends on what your replication time is set to. We have ours at about 2 hours.

I currently use a batch file for tha purpose and it works fine.
My one concern is if you are able to write directly to the netlogon share you may wish to review your permissions. Read and Execute i believe are the permissions that should be granted only. Someone may take advantage.
As Lligetfa said you should copy into C:\WinNT\System32\Repl\Export\Scripts\
