you could aid replication if you have a large number of BDCs (backup domain controllers) by writing a small batch file that copies the files from your Primary to backups
FROM : \\pdc\admin$\system32\Repl\Export\Scripts\
TO : \\bdc1\admin$\system32\Repl\Import\Scripts\
\\bdc2\admin$\system32\Repl\Import\Scripts\
Although, it also depends on what your replication time is set to. We have ours at about 2 hours.
