If the script is not running on some computers or intermitently running, then verify that the script properly located on all domain controllers. If you recently added a domain controller verify the directory replication is working properly.
Do the computers behave consistently? Is the behavior repeated when using an account tht works elsewhere? Have you tried a basic batch file as a script with a pause in it to see if the client can execute any script?
