I am getting this also. I just upgraded from 3.55 to 3.61. I checked, I have the latest versions of the DLL & EXE installed both locally (I tried the C:\windows directory) and on netlogon. Doesn't help. I tried putting in msnetupd - didn't help.

Finally, I put back version 3.55 & I am ok again.
