Thanks for replying to my problem. Something changed inside Kix that is causing this behavior. I expect that in the next versions these problems don't persists anymore.
How can I contact the programmer that wrote the Kixtart?

The Kx16.dll is with the right size, and in my opinion don't matter if the %windir% is only the c:\windows, since I added all that directories to the path.
