LOL - Jooel, why don't you get one of your Girlfriend's to wash the dishes ? You know what we Kixters call our Girlfriends right ? ... KixTarts !!!

Ok - well i'll roll these changes into the next build ... start work on GotFocus, LostFocus ... thats what we wanted to call them ... I think VBS calls them OnEnter and OnExit ... what does HTML call them ... ?

LOL

ah thanks. what's the time in there?
do I get a glance of the build today or do I just play with the old one?

was planning of making some coffee as clock is ticking at 01:30 but I'm not sure should I.
see, I'm brewing some wine here and mixed pectolas (don't know if it's translated like that) in one mug.
then, pured it in did some washing and pured myself a cup of coffee and checked a piece of starwars from tv while drinking.
the sad story was that when looked up for the mug where did that mixing and where I would mix also some other chemicals I found out that I had drinked my coffee from it!
and my stummy is not feeling really happy now.

but, probably will still make that coffee as have some many thoughts coming up...

Well guys, I'm baby sitting. The wife is out working and I get to do laundry and dishes. Jooel, getting a wife doesn't necessarily mean you won't have to do the dishes anymore.

hoby, I'm sure you are right.

that's why I want to get a job where I get enough money to pay:
1.cleaner
2.baby sitter
3.secretery

in the priority order, ofcourse [Razz]
and only the cleaner needs to be now.
for the others... well, will look into that when and if get married.

shawnie,
still KIXFORMS request coming up.

we have this onmousemove thingie...
it does not give the functionality of onmouseover.
as, if I want to change the link in IE when users mouse is over it and get it back I just have to do onmouseover with jscript.

but, if I do the same with onmouseover, how do I get it reverse the change when the mouse is out of the object's frames?

Question - there are two types of mouseovers (kinda) - you want to check if your over a particular "area" of a form - or "over" s specific control (like a button) ???

heh, I knew you didn't swallow it just like that.

over an object.
like label.
I could use some cursor code, but it's too tricky.
I quess... for me uttleast.

I can do the stuff if I know the parent object like with the label. if I know the form it's in, I'll be able to catch the mousemove there and this way script a onmouseovernot.

but say, I don't know it?
like in udf I'm coding currently (you may quess what it is) I don't want to add another argument to get the parent object handle too.

made a premilinary build at udf-lib:
http://81.17.37.55/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=12;t=000238

will do something to make it work, but.
it will be just workaround.

cheers,

Dear,

Lonkero, the board isn't so silent now. Enough new stuff. It is also
a good moment to prepare all kind of new ideas.
To do the dishes in the weekend isn't a good thing. Going out for eating solve this,
but don't misunderstand me:
preparing, eating and after-party (= doing the dishes) is the most social part in a day.
I will not miss it.

greetings.

hmmm, i'm not getting much help from Windows here ... just looking at the DEBUG trace, when mouseover(ing) labels and buttons, there is NO change of message (state) ... might be a problem ...

Was it a slow weekend on the board? With about 27 reactions it isn't in our opinion.
