For this board it will not have much effects. The amount of data isn't very high.
Other great telecom organizations in Europe can handle it in a proper way, when
they get enough time. The bankruptcy of KPNQuest has to deal with too much capaci-
ty in Europe.
The fiber optic cables will not rot in the ground.
Also it has to do with the illusions in the last years. Great telecom organizations
have spend enormous amount of money in 'air' (UMTS and too expensive take-over).
At the moment it doesn't return nothing or too little.
