I'm a little lost here...
1. One workstation having a problem or all?
2. One workstation works, all others don't?
3. XP workstation does or does not work?
4. Have you brought up any new severs lately? Does the rest of the script work properly and only this section is a problem?
5. Has someone modified permissions on the share or NTFS ?
6. Problem with all user accounts or only some?
Instead of RUN or SHELL you can assign it to a variable and then Display that variable to the screen to see if it is running the command properly (i.e. is the syntax correct)
You can also put in @ERROR entries to try to track down the issue.
