TIF (aka Cache) and Favorites (aka Bookmarks) are shell folders just like anything else.
I use ScriptLogic rather than Shell Folders and ScriptLogic supports the redirection of the Cache and Favorites.
With KiXtart, simply modify the values directly under:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
The values are appropriately named:
cache
favorites
