Benny,The SHExitWindowsEx 6 works on both '95 and '98; I've tried it on 2 PC's at work.. I haven't gotten around to testing it on a little testgroup of about 5 PC's, just to be sure, but I'll try to do that early next week.
Splattman: If you have shutdown problems with Win98, you might want to try to disconnect all network drives before shutting down, this helps at the company I work for. Windows cannot handle shutdown if there is a 'large number of network drives'. (by the way, Microsoft claims that the amount of network drives causing the problem has an average of eight).
