An organization in the Netherlands are distributing another GUI program
for server administrator. It can handle in an easy way the user environ-
ment of users and as administrator you have the capability to run also
your own kixtart scripts.

The program is: LogonProcessor.
Some issues:

• it can create any kind of shortcut on any kind of location in your startmenu
  or desktop.
  
• it can change the actual file associations to the required ones.
  
• it can map drives and printers. the usage of alternative drive-letters is possible.
  the default printer and printer configuration can be related to your physical location.
  
• it can make, delete or cleanup directories.
  
• it can create, modify or delete registry settings.
  
• it can set environment variables.
  
• it can processor external scripts like: dos batchfiles, NT command scripts, VBS scripts,
  Jave Scripts, Kixtart scripts + REG files.
  
• it can also run external commands.

Windows Installer is automatically installed with Windows 2000 and Office 2000, if you have already installed this, you can use the smaller download (4 MB).
