To install
1. Create c:\Kixlib32
2. Place kixlib32.dll in c:\Kixlib32
3. run the following from a command line.
regsvr32 c:\Kixlib32\kixlib32.dll
You will need administrator access to install this on NT/2000
computers.
*(you can place the dll file in any folder of your choice be sure
to modify instructions to suit)

GetTickCount
Returns the number of milliseconds that have elapsed since the
system was started.
