I have also had this crazy hanging situation. We are getting ready to turn on Kix and Login Scripts for over 2000 users. Everything is really working great except that on the occasional Win95 machine, kix32.exe locks up and will just stay there for ever. If you end task Kix, there is no error log created. Also, when run in debug mode, it never gets started. not a single line of text appears. I read about that file lock, but get this, I run Kix from the local hard drive. It can't be afile locking issue. Here is something else werid. If an effected running machine has been logged into at least once, then you can log out, log back in, and the script runs fine. But if you warm or cold boot, then the script hangs on these machine. It is driving me crazy!! On Oct. 4 I have to turn it on for all users for th purpose of version checking for Y2K complaince. If I don't get this figured out, then I am not gonna be a happy camper come monday!

Please help me!!
