This might work... then again it might not.

Check to see if this condition is met:

@USERID = READVALUE("HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Exchange","UserName")

It works on my box, but I have logged into email before... if they have never logged into email... I am not sure this entry will be there.
