I use the LoadKey Command to morph the
registry of remote PC's with a REG File
that I create with save Key.
Everythin is OK if i use the REG File
from "c:\*.reg"
If I say "\\pc\share\*.reg" then I get the
error code 5. Every User has full rights
to this share.
What is wrong?

what the problem is i think:

The Error Code says access denied !!!
what is Your method to connect to the remotes???
Do You use map ipc$ or do You map directly to C$???
Do you map a drive anyway?
