KIX32 /? on the command line will tell you the version. There's no 'third-party' stuff unless it's custom Kixtart code in form of UDFs, which requires kiXtart v4.x
Basically, you have a completely messed up script and you're lucky that KiXtart has this very forgiving syntax (free-format).
