The problem is the default user directories created by the user manager are not true shares. The only share created is for \\server\user & the sub-directory access is controlled through ownership controls. This concept has no equivalent in Win95/98/ME & thus are not directly accessible.
To get your Win9x machines to attach the shares you must create real shares for each user. (This is indirectly what CO is proposing) This has been discussed on the board quite frequently do a search & I am sure you will find a lot of info.
