AttiX AttiX Lurker Registered: 2003-09-22 Posts: 3	Here's my problem: 120 Windows 98 workstations 1 Roland plotter (networkprinter) 1 HP4050TN LaserJet printers (networkprinter) 1 HP1100 (networkprinter) Each of the printers are connected to a NT Workstation. There is a NT Server(PDC) wich manages the printing tasks. All the printerdrivers are in \\server\pdrivers\ When I log on to the Domain using a Workstation, I want Kixtart to check if I have a printer installed. If not, it must be installed. The type of printer is different for each user. If you need more information to solve my huge problem, post it here. I tried the following: if %userid% <> "username" USE LPT1: "\\server\printer1" It's a little step [ 22. September 2003, 22:16: Message edited by: AttiX ]
