Anonymous Anonymous Unregistered	Hi, ALL! Has anyone expirienced any problems with using intrnational characters in UserName? I have such a problem with versions higher than 3.36 (this one I'm currently using because of this problem): - if username of person currently logging contains (or completely consists of) international characters (Russian letters in my case), KiXtart can't achieve any information on that user excepl LOCAL Groups membership; no Full name, GLOBAL Groups, not even InGroup() function working... With pure-English usernames all thing are OK. ------------ Environment: Kix32.exe is being run fron netlogon shares by user's profile parameter "Logon script name"="KIX32\KIX32.EXE" clients - Win95Rus, Win95OSR2Rus, Win98Rus Any comments? Anonymous Anonymous Unregistered	Hi, I had the same problems with german characters in group names. Question: Which language version runs on the logon servers? If they work on the russion version too, try use windows editor for editing kix scripts. When You are using "DOS"-editors, you use the wrong character set. CU Uwe

Anonymous Anonymous Unregistered	Hi! No, it's not OEM/ANSI problem. I knew about it very well. Even more than I wish I'm running WinNT Srv 4.0Eng on my servers and Win9xxRus as workstations. Inernational username fails permanently. f.e. such code: code: ? @USERID ; this line prints correct username regardless of language it's written (eng/rus) code: $tmp = InGroup("GroupName") ; this line returns 0 if current user name is in russian, regardless of GroupName language (eng/rus) code: ? @FULLNAME ; this line prints "" if current user name is in russian And in all such cases version 3.36 works fine!
