I have a problem with the @DOMAIN macro.

I use two domains. In the first domain are all the computers,
whereas the users are members of the second domain.
The KiXtart reference indicates that the @DOMAIN macro returns the
"domain or the workgroup the computer belongs to".
On Windows NT, there is no problem, but the same kiXtart script on a
Windows 95 machine return instead of the domain an empty string.

Why that? Is there a solution available?

the manual says, that the RPC service are
not necessary for the @DOMAIN macro. This
surprises me a little bit, but that´s the
way, how it´s written int the handbook.

Btw, I found a workaround:

$ReturnKey = @DOMAIN
else
$ReturnKey = ReadValue ( "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VXD\VNETSUP", "Workgroup" )
endif
if $ReturnKey = "<Name of Domain>"

endif
