All you need is the KIXTART.KIX in the NETLOGON share and when you start WKIX32/KIX32, it will look for it.

However, Doc brought up a good point..

The system will go through:
.COM
.EXE
.BAT

It maybe better to specify WKIX32.EXE, for example.
