k, you have 2 ways to go with the last page.

but, as said, the user can't be on any page if his proxy is wrong, just like I said before.

thus the page you will give them will be the page they accessed when they were last at work!

way 1:
use shell-object to get all IE-object handles and their current addresses.

way 2:
get any of the dirscan udfs from UDF Collection...
well, any of the ones that work recursively.
check the modification time of each .htm file and there you go.

once more I say:
if what you say is true, they can't be on any website what so ever before your script corrects the proxy, so there is no nice thing doable.
