I'm working on a script to update (patch) MSIE 4.0. The script works great on Win9X systems but fails to updates the WinNT
systems. [Background] We have a single Domain model, and several file servers trusted to the Domain. I do not have Domain admin rights so I'm using the file servers to run kix. The kix scripts work great for everything else but updating WinNT system files. I have admin rights on all the WinNT worstations and fileservers but the password if different for every department. It appears that only an admin account can update system files. Is there a way to inpersinate (securly) admin when a general user is logging on or another way to get around this?
