The script I'm using maps the x:\ drive to a shared folder. On NT workstations it works fine but Windows 95 doesn't map the drive at all even though I can see the the script is being run.

Anyone any ideas?

Maybe a stupid question, but have you thought about Lastdrive in the config.sys.

I had the same problem.

Can we see the line you are using for the mapping?

The syntax i'm using is :

Use x: /delete
Use x: "\\EMF1FS01\ISCOMMON"
use s: /delete
Use s: @HOMESHR

Hi,

Do you have the RPC service running? If so, are you sure the win95 client knows where to find it?

Regards,

Brad

i had the same problem, what worked for me was forceing the Kix DLL's and NETAPI.DLL down to each users' PC. don't know if this is the solution, but it worked for me.
