You can use SCopy.exe from the ressource kit to copy the files from the old location on the NT server
the new location on the 2k server.
I have just recently used SCopy to move files from a NT4 server to a SAN on a 2k server.
All files and NTFS perms are coppied correctly.
To create the shares with the correct permissions on the new server, and change the homeshare in the
userprofiles you will have to make some COM-scripting.
When doing a total copy SCopy is supperior to RoboCopy, because SCopy also coppies files and directories
you are not allowed to see as administrator!!
