Anonymous Anonymous Unregistered	hi all , just wondering what i need to do to upgrade the kixtart script, please exuse my inexperience.. i have just been given the task to look after it and was needing help with upgrading it..do i cut and paste my existing kixtart into the new one or is there a proceedure to do this..thanks matt

Anonymous Anonymous Unregistered	As far as I know there is no strict method for this. I usually open the script from the netlogon share on the PDC and save it locally and make the changes I want to make. Then, when ready to implement, I rename the existing_script to existing_script_old and copy in the new script as existing_script. Finally (make sure replication works) copy from the netlogon share on the PDC to the repl$ share...and to the netlogon shares on all BDC's if you don;t want to wait for replication to kick in.
