I really hope you know what you're doing.

Anyway, if you disable the service 'TCP/IP Netbios Helper', then you effectively shut down NetBios over TCP/IP. You can use any of the Service UDFs that are posted in the UDF Forum, just use the BBS search with keyword 'Service' limited to UDF Forum Subject only.
