Here is what we are using to execute this from the server...

code:
%SystemDrive%\Scripts\kix32.exe %LOGONSERVER%\NETLOGON\login.kix /f
Note: the /f to flush the token cache..

If you are not running from the client for the excutable..
code:
%LOGONSERVER%\NETLOGON\kix32.exe %LOGONSERVER%\NETLOGON\login.kix /f
