Verify that the KiXtart DLL's are the correct version. Also copy Kix32.exe and the DLL's to the client if they are not already there. What version of KiXtart are you using? Try reinstalling the KXRPC service. Who many DCs do you have? Is the KXRPC service installed on all DCs? Verify the service is running on aLL DC's.
