Do you want ot change it for all users? Be aware that some program rely on the Windows XP look, and other's won't work with it. We do use one package (The Mathworks Matlab 6) which requires you to be in the Windows 2000 mode in order to run under Windows XP.
Also, I would not force this type of drastic desktop look-and-feel change on my users without a compelling (and maybe even executive-approved) reason, it might backfire once users start complaining (I would be the first one to complain).
